Attach picture if needed, name, zip code, email address and shortly describe the reason why you are returning the product.

2-You will receive a label in your email inbox. you will get this FREE RETURN LABEL within 12 business hours, print return label and return the part.

1-When will I get my refund?

Usually in about 1-2 days. Most refunds are completed in the next 3-5 days after we receive and process your return in our facility. We will credit your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days for the funds to be available and reflected in your Bank Statement.

2-What is full refund?

Full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding original shipping charge. Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt).
