Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, you may contact us by sending a TEXT message to the following phone number: 801-200-3889 or contact our Customer Service in the contact page. Just include your name and zip code, within 1 hour of placing your order.

Options:

1-If your order hasn't being shipped, we will go ahead and issue a full refund back to your account. (Have in mind that you will have to cancel before 4pm EST and within 1 hour of placing your order).

2-If Your order was shipped - Just return the package to sender, or refuse the package.

Full refund means price paid plus any applicable tax excluding original shipping charge.

Once your return is received and processed by our warehouse staff (usually within 72 hours of receipt), we will credit your credit card or original method of payment within a few days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.
